The new SAFSMS ‘Attrition’ feature grants admin staff access to update status of students in the system. The various status to be selected from include: expelled, graduated, transferred, normal, deferred etc.
By default all students have normal status. You can easily view students with specific status via a filter.
With this feature, admin staff has two options: managing and viewing attrition records. Managing attrition enables admin to select a student by name, click and select a status for the student, make a comment on the status of the student.and update to the system.
