Here’s What We’ve Been Up To

Has anyone wondered why we haven’t posted this weekly feature since the Google VR cardboard Giveaway post? Well we were sort of banking on the fact that no-one noticed, but we didn’t post because our regular author was away and the team was experiencing the bus factor.

This week has been busy, busy as usual. Besides handling user support requests and fixing minor bugs here and there, we’ve had a few more things on our plate:

As one of the partners for #ASNE2017, We attended the event’s official press briefing at Annual School Needs Exhibiton’s Maitama office on Monday.

L-R Obi Brown; CEO Insight Africa, Emem Opashi; Convenor of ASNE and Bolaji; FlexiSAF’S Business Development Officer.

Read our post about it to find out more about the event happening soon. Don’t worry if you can’t make it; we’ll keep everyone posted on our social media channels and here on the blog.

In the Spirit of the upcoming JAMB and digital inclusion week, we’ve been conducting CBT training exercises at the JAMB Offices in Kano and Abuja to prepare those candidates who might have issues using a computer or are unfamiliar with computer based tests.

See some photos below

So far we’ve seen a huge turn out with over 200 participants per session and at least 2 sessions per day. The training started on Wednesday and is still ongoing. JAMB Candidates with access to computers can also get familiar with online tests at home and practice questions on Distinction.ng.

We’ve been working on that new SAFSMS Landing page we told you about. It’s taken some time since then because we have to be confident the new changes are just what the schools will need. We expect to finally roll it out next week. Here’s a sneak peek!

The new, customize-able SAFSMS landing page

If you’re wondering what SAFSMS is, you’re obviously visiting our site for the first time and you need to do some catching up with us.

SAFSMS is our school management software that is guaranteed to produce these 4 fantastic benefits for your school. Try a free demo if you haven’t and see what we mean.

Today and for part of next week, FlexiSAF is attending the Nigeria Education Fair 2017.

The event is sponsored by Mindsmith in conjunction with Ecobank. It’s a 5 day Fair happening from today (May 12th) to Tuesday next week and it’s free to the general public so stop by if you feel like, to meet one-on-one with key players in the Education sector.
